Selina Bassi is recognised as one of the industries most renowned and influential celebrity make-up artists in the UK and beyond. Selina is an Essex-based, freelance make-up artist who is perfectly in tune with today’s beauty landscape.  

 

Since 2015, Selina has continued to hone her craft, constantly evolving and showcasing her skill and passion needed to go far in this competitive industry.

 

In her early college days she first demonstrated some of her natural artistic talents – with a piece of her work being selected to feature in the Saatchi gallery, London.

Selina later went on to pursue her love for makeup as a career and studied at the Davinia Fermi Makeup Academy (DFMA) to complete a Fashion, Media and TV Makeup and Hair course. This allowed her to quickly establish a strong client base and progress within all aspects of the industry.

 

She has also been privileged to be trained by global celebrity makeup artists Mario Dedivanovic and Ariel Tejada in Beverley Hills, LA on numerous occasions. This opportunity has really helped to excel her career and boost her status as one of the finest up and coming young makeup artists.

 

Selina is constantly researching and investing to ensure that she is always using the finest and most current products/brands on the market. Trained in all areas of make-up artistry, Selina offers a wide range of services, from commercial work to private events such as a brides big day.

 

Her vast list of celebrity clients includes many high profile names such as Petra Ecclestone, Amber Davies, Chloe Khan, Samantha Faiers, Goggle Box and ‘Im a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’ star Scarlett Moffatt, Love Island star Gabby Allen, Becky Vardy and many more.

 

Much of Selina’s work has also been featured in a number of credible and high profile fashion publications and media outlets, including features in Paris Fashion Week, MTV, ITV BE and the Daily Mail, to name only a few.
